Round 19 - Multi-cultural Round

Jul 27th, 2017

We start Friday night footy at the MCG and it’s 2 old foes in Hawthorn taking on the Swans and both teams are in good form and this will be a high standard game which will be closer than people think!! I’m tipping the Swans by 10 points.

North Melbourne take on the Demons who are one of the forms sides of the comp and are really starting to show some consistent football. Melbourne to win this game down in Tasmania.

GWS have won 1 of their last 5 games and are just not putting it together as everyone expects with such a talented side however they take on Fremantle who are struggling in all parts of their game and with key players out so the Giants should bounce back and win this game.

Port Adelaide take on St’ Kilda at Adelaide oval and the Saints are just to inconsistent for me so I’ll tip the Power to bounce back and kick a big score as they have a very strong forward line when up and running.

Gold Coast take on the Hot Richmond Tigers and hard to tip the Suns as they seem to be no where near their talent level suggests and too many issues off field seems to be a big distraction. Richmond to win and consolidate their position in the top 4.

Carlton who were disappointing last week take on Geelong who will look to bounce back as well after their loss to the Crows. Geelong have to much talent and experience and also have a top 4 spot at stake so Cats to win by 24 points.

3 Games on Sunday starting with the Western Bulldogs taking on the inform Bombers at Etihad Stadium which promises to be a cracking game as both teams are fighting for a spot in the top 8. Tough to tip however I'm going the bulldogs by 1 goal.

Collingwood got out of jail last week against the Eagles however playing the top placed Adelaide Crows will be a different proposition. Adelaide simply too good across all parts of the ground so Crows by 32 points.

Last game of the round and it’s the West Coast Eagles at home to the Brisbane Lions in a game they have to win if they are to stay in the hunt for a top 8 position. The Eagles will win as they bounce back pretty well after a heavy week of criticism in the press.

Have a great weekend!!

Regards

Jako.
