2500Lt Pickling Tank
Note the eccentric lid and unique rib pattern ensures that all air is purged from the tank as it is filled with the brine solution.

Large Capacity Neck
The large 600mm neck holds over 80 litres of fluid and the polyethylene “hold-down” plate keeps fruit submerged so the minor fluctuations in brine level do not expose fruit to the atmosphere.

Unique Drain Fitting
Side ports on the fitting allow complete drainage of liquid from the tank during caustic purge and the slotted extension pipe means that you draw from across the tank floor during circulation.

The robustness of polyethelene means that even large capacity tanks can be easlily transported.
